Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Salted Butter, melted
  • 5-6 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 16.3 oz Can ofPillsbury Homestyle Biscuits
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano or Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 oz Pepperoni Slices
  • 16 oz Grated Mozzarella
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 14 oz Pizza Sauce

Instructions

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. This is crucial as you want the oven to be at the right temperature when ready to bake.
  • Next, take each biscuit and cut it into nine equal-sized pieces. This will ensure they cook evenly and absorb all the dish's flavor's. Set these pieces aside for now.
  • In a bowl, melt some butter and add oregano, parsley, minced garlic, and parmesan. This mixture will give your biscuits a wonderful, aromatic flavor. Toss the biscuits into this mixture, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Now, layer the coated biscuit pieces into a 9×13 baking dish. Spread them out evenly to create a solid base for your toppings. Bake this layer for 12-15 minutes until the biscuits are mostly cooked.
  • While the biscuits are baking, brown the sausage in a pan. This will add a hearty, savoury element to your pizza bake. At the same time, grate the cheese and prepare any other toppings you like on your pizza.
  • Once the biscuits are out of the oven, top them with pizza sauce, browned sausage, cheese, and pepperonis. This combination is classic, but feel free to get creative with your toppings.
  • Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 10-15minutes, until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni is crispy.
  • Finally, remove your Bubble Up Pizza Bake from the oven and serve it hot. Gather everyone around to enjoy this delightful, comforting dish.
