  • 2 Tbs Butter, melted
  • 1 Tbs Dried Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Chopping Ingredients:
    ·         Vegetables: Finely chop the red onion, cherry tomatoes, and roasted red peppers. Mince the fresh basil leaves.
    ·         Meats: Dice the salami, pepperoni, and ham into small, uniform pieces.
  • Making the Dressing:
    ·         In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful dressing.
  • Cheese Preparation: Slice the provolone or mozzarella cheese into small squares that fit the slider buns.
  • Making Method:
    ·         Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    ·         Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet.
    ·         Cover with aluminum foil to prevent the buns from burning while the ingredients heat through.
    ·         Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
    ·         Remove the foil for 3-5 minutes to allow the buns to crisp up.
  • Grilling Method:
    ·         Preheat the grill to medium heat.
    ·         Place the sliders on the grill, using a grill mat or foil to prevent sticking.
    ·         Grill for 5-7 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated.
