Crockpot Chicken with Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 fresh green beans
  • 2 packets Onion Soup Mix
  • 2.5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, chopped
  • 1 Yellow Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 lbs halved baby potatoes
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 Slow cooker

Method
 

  1. Fry the chicken breasts in a nonstick skillet in a little olive oil for about 2 minutes per side.
  2. Place the grilled chicken breasts in the bottom of the pan.
    Place the snow on top.
  3. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, chopped onion and garlic in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Cover with lid and cook on high for 1 ½ hours. Add the green beans.
  6. Remove the lid and serve.
