Crockpot Chicken with Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 fresh green beans
  • 2 packets Onion Soup Mix
  • 2.5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, chopped
  • 1 Yellow Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 lbs halved baby potatoes
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Fry the chicken breasts in a nonstick skillet in a little olive oil for about 2 minutes per side.
  • Place the grilled chicken breasts in the bottom of the pan.
    Place the snow on top.
  • Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, chopped onion and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  • Cover with lid and cook on high for 1 ½ hours. Add the green beans.
  • Remove the lid and serve.
