• Preheat your oven to 400F.
• Mince some garlic and chiffonade fresh basil.
• In a 9″x9″ baking dish, place your tomatoes and Boursin cheese at the bottom.
• Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced Garlic, oregano, and an Italian soffrito blend.
• Add half of your basil and mix well without disturbing the boursin.
• Bake this mixture for 20 minutes.
• While baking, boil your pasta and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water when you drain it.
• Once the baking dish is ready, mix the baked mixture and add 1/4 cup of pasta water to create a rich sauce.
• Mix the pasta well, and top with the remaining fresh basil.
